5.5 Information About Website Analysis Tools

5.5.1 Google Tag Manager

This Eyopen website uses the Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags from one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookieless domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers the other tags described below, which in turn collect data as described below. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

5.5.2 Google Analytics

This Eyopen website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of this website. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website (including the IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On this website, Google Analytics was expanded to include the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure that IP addresses are recorded anonymously (so-called IP masking). As a result, your IP address will be shortened in advance by Google within the EU member states or other member states or the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and then shortened there in exceptional cases.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this Eyopen website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing data about your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under this link.

You can object to the collection of your data using Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website.

You can find more information about the Google Terms of Use here. You can find more information about the Google data protection regulations here.

5.5.3 Google AdWords

Our website uses what is known as conversion tracking from Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be stored on your computer/device. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for identification. If you visit certain websites within the 30-day period, Google can recognize that you clicked on the advertisement and that you were redirected to our website. Each Google Adwords customer receives a different cookie. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Google AdWords customers are thus informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to their website. However, they do not receive any information that can personally identify a user.

You can prevent the storage of cookies in the settings options at Google ("Google Ad Settings") under this link. You also have the option of deactivating via the Network Advertising Initiative via this link.

5.5.4 Google Remarketing

In addition, we use the remarketing functions "Google Remarketing for Search" and "Google Display Network Remarketing" as part of the Google AdWords services. The remarketing reports are used within Google Analytics. If you do not want this, please follow this link.

“Google Remarketing for Search” and “Google Display Network Remark

eting" will serve relevant ads tailored to you based on the fact that you have visited our website by placing a cookie on your computer. The cookie is used to remember: "This person has visited this page, so show them ads related to this page." This allows us to better tailor our marketing to your needs and only show you ads that are relevant to you.

Google Analytics Demographics: We use these reports in Google Analytics pulled from the Google Display Network (third party cookies). They include age, interest groups and gender. We use this data for marketing reports and marketing information.

5.5.5 Facebook Custom Audience - Use of Pixels

This Eyopen website uses the pixel function of Facebook Custom Audience. The Facebook pixel is offered by the social network Facebook. Facebook is registered in Europe as Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The Facebook pixel is integrated into this Eyopen website with the "extended comparison" function. It causes the processing of personal data by Facebook and enables the identification of the user via a so-called tracking process via numerous websites and thus target group-oriented advertising.

When you visit our Eyopen website, the Facebook pixel stores a cookie, i.e. a small text file, on your device. If you are logged in to Facebook at the same time or log in to Facebook afterwards, the visit to this Eyopen website will be noted in your Facebook profile. The personal data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and the data can be used for market research and advertising purposes. However, via the pixel and the "extended comparison" function, data such as the name and e-mail address of non-Facebook users who are not logged into a Facebook account while visiting this Eyopen website are also recorded.

The processing of the data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook's data usage guidelines.

Users can find more information and details about the Facebook pixel and how it works in the Facebook help area.
